Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective extracorporeal circulation-assisted cardiovascular surgery; 2.age >=18 years; 3.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification ?-?; 4.estimated operative time >=2 hours;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative infections or severe lung diseases (e.g., lung infection, pulmonary atelectasis, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, pleurisy, etc.); 2.history of acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome in the last 3 months prior to the operation; 3.pregnant or breastfeeding females; 4.BMI (Body Mass Index) > 40 kg/m^2; 5.functional or organic diseases of the intestinal system (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, etc.), or have taken antibiotic preparations for more than 7 consecutive days in the last 3 months; 6.have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 7.the presence of other significant comorbidities, such as acute myocardial infarction, chronic renal failure, and other serious systemic diseases.
