Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Facilitation trial: 1. Obtain informed consent from guardians and have good compliance; 2. Participants have good Chinese reading and writing skills and can complete questionnaires independently; 3. No psychotherapy or psychological intervention within one year; 4. Not diagnosed with organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, autism, mental retardation, etc. 5. High emotion regulation ability based on baseline assessment. Preventive Testing: 1. Obtain informed consent from guardians and have good compliance; 2. Participants have good Chinese reading and writing skills and can complete questionnaires independently; 3. No psychotherapy or psychological intervention within one year; 4. Not diagnosed with organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, autism, mental retardation, etc. 5. Low emotion regulation ability based on baseline assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents who refuse to participate in the intervention and their parents; 2. Insufficient Chinese reading and writing skills to complete the Chinese questionnaire independently; 3. Received treatment for psychological problems or participated in similar psychological interventions in the past year; 4. Inability to complete the intervention course for any reason.
