Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clear Diagnosis??: Clinically and ultrasonographically diagnosed intussusception; 2.Age: 0-14 years; 3.??Complete Data??: ??Clinical Data??: Complete records including gender, age, and disease outcome. For persistent intussusception cases, there should be clinical documentation of enema reduction or surgical reduction. ??Ultrasound Data??: Complete ultrasound records, including the diameter, length, and location of the intussusceptum, as well as the condition of the surrounding mesenteric lymph nodes. For transient intussusception cases, there should be follow-up ultrasound imaging within 1 hour confirming the resolution of intussusception.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete Data??: Missing clinical or ultrasound records; 2.Severe Comorbidities??: Presence of other severe diseases such as congenital intestinal malformations, malignant tumors, or other conditions that may affect the outcome or ultrasound presentation of intussusception; 3.Lack of Follow-up??: Cases where neither enema reduction nor surgical reduction was performed, and no short-term ultrasound follow-up was conducted.
