20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 20 years old, 100ng/L or NT-proBNP > 300ng/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart rate beats greater than 120 beats/min, history of previous heart failure, history of subsequent PCI, septic shock, malignancy, acute respiratory distress syndrome, severe renal insufficiency (creatinine > 450 µ mol/L), severe liver failure, autoimmune disease (systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.), significant mechanical outflow tract obstruction, severe anemia (hemoglobin < 7 g/dl), or pregnancy status.
