Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Blunt testicular trauma leading to rupture of the tunica albuginea; 2. Large area of tunica albuginea defect, but testicular repair with testicular preservation is feasible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rupture accompanied by extensive white membrane damage and testicular parenchyma fragmentation, making testicular preservation impossible; 2. Testicular rupture caused by sharp injury; 3. For elderly patients with no high fertility requirements; 4. For patients who have undergone previous ipsilateral testicular surgery.
