Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2. ASA level I~III; 3. Patients who intend to undergo LC under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been treated with vitamin C for a long time; 2.Allergy to vitamin C; 3.Patients with other serious diseases, such as heart disease, severe liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, etc. 4.Patients with mental disorders or severe neurosis; 5.Uncontrolled high blood pressure; 6.Medications with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),antiplatelet agents or heparins were withdrawn before kidney biopsy ,eliminating interferences in hemostasis; 7.Pregnant or breastfeeding; 8.People with diseases that are advised to be cautious when using vitamin C and vitamin E: cystinuria, gout, hyperoxaluria, oxalate deposition disease, urate kidney stones, diabetes, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, hemochromatosis, sickle cell anemia, iron deficiency anemia; 9.Unable to communicate verbally; 10.Those who refuse informed consent.
