Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age range is between 45 and 75 years old, including the critical value, and meets the following criteria: 1. Parkinson's disease group: Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in the British Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank and the diagnostic criteria for non-depression in DSM-IV;All patients with Parkinson's disease receive regular treatment and take anti-Parkinson's drugs stably. 2.Parkinson's disease with depression group: Patients met the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in the British Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank and the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-IV. Parkinson's disease patients were scored using the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), with a score of >=7 as the inclusion criterion. All Parkinson's disease patients received regular treatment and took anti-Parkinson's drugs stably. 3.Simple depression group: Patients met the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-IV;The subjects were scored using the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), with a score of >=7 as the inclusion criterion. 4.Healthy control group: No diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, depression or inflammatory diseases in the past year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.After a head CT or MRI scan, it was diagnosed as Parkinson's syndrome caused by chemical drugs, poisoning, trauma and other etiologies. Combined with severe cognitive and mental disorders, taking other antipsychotic drugs at the same time; 2.Those with major diseases of the heart, brain, kidneys or other systems; 3.Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the last three months; 4.Those who are unable to cooperate in completing project checks and scales.
