Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for preeclampsia and placenta accreta; 2. Gestational age>=18 years old; 3. Gestational age>=24 weeks; 4. Singleton pregnancy, natural conception, no obvious contractions before delivery, and the pregnancy outcome is cesarean section; 5. Pregnant women have no history of drug abuse, smoking or drinking; 6. Patients with preeclampsia are all early-onset preeclampsia, that is, the onset occurs before 34 weeks of pregnancy; Patients with placenta accreta all had complete placenta previa; 7. Each patient is informed of the use of the placenta and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with one of the following conditions will be excluded: 1. History of primary chronic internal medicine, immune system, malignant tumors, and neuropsychiatric diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus; 2. History of acute and chronic infectious diseases and pregnancy complications such as fetal chromosomal abnormalities or developmental malformations. 3. Exclude pregnancy complications such as premature rupture of membranes, polyhydramnios or too little amniotic fluid, and placental abruption; 4. Individuals conceived through assisted reproductive technology; 5. Twins and multiple births; 6. Gestational age< 18 years old; 7. Gestational age< 24 weeks.
