Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; 2. Age between 60 and 85 years old, gender not limited; 3. Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with the investigation; 4. Be capable of independently measuring parameters such as walking speed and grip strength; 5. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to conduct body composition analysis: Patients who are unable to stand independently, have pacemakers implanted, or carry metal or electronic devices in their bodies; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, malignant tumors, neuromuscular conduction disorders or muscle diseases, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, etc. 3. Vegetarians; 4. There is a recent history of surgery or other conditions that prevent normal participation in physical activities; 5. Have mental illness or intellectual disability.
