Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Possession of a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate issued by the People's Republic of China; 2. Nurses engaged in clinical practice for one year or longer; 3. Age 18 years or older; 4. Nurses assessed to be experiencing ethical dilemmas using the Chinese version of the Ethical Dilemma Scale; 5. Willingness to cooperate with the research, undergo multiple intervention sessions, and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in training (e.g., Intern Nurse, Advanced Training Nurse, or Standardized Training Nurse); 2. Individuals unable to participate due to leave, further education, or other commitments; 3. Those who have experienced major stressful events or exhibited significant physical illnesses within the past six months; 4. Individuals who have undergone psychological counseling or psychotherapy within the past six months.
