Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20–75 years old; 2. C2–C3 stage varicose veins, no varicose veins above the knee joint; 3. Color Doppler ultrasound shows that the diameter of the great saphenous vein is <=10 mm, with clear reflux and no thrombosis in the main trunk; 4. No severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, and able to tolerate surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear pathological perforator reflux below the knee (diameter >3.5 mm, reflux >500 ms); 2. Presence of old or fresh thrombi in varicose superficial veins of the lower leg; 3. Secondary varicose veins following deep vein thrombosis; 4. Infection foci near the puncture site; 5. Severe arterial sclerosis, unable to tolerate pressure therapy; 6. Previous GSV surgery history; 7. Deep vein thrombosis or post-thrombotic syndrome; 8. Concurrent severe arterial disease (ABI < 0.9); 9. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy; 10. Allergy to compression stockings
