Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chest, waist and back pain symptoms; 2. Age>=55 years old; 3. CT or MRI examination shows that there is a depression or transverse transmission zone in the vertebral body, and there is a characteristic intravertebral vacuum fissure sign (IVC), the posterior wall of the vertebral body is intact, and there are no symptoms of spinal cord and nerve compression; 4. CT scan confirmed that there was no damage to the pedicles on both sides of the injured vertebrae; 5. Dual-energy X-ray bone density test T-score < -2.5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Kümmell disease with neurological symptoms; 2. Preoperative X-ray examination shows that the degree of compression of the fractured vertebrae is > 75%; 3. Patients with severe deformity of local kyphosis of the spine (Cobb's angle > = 40°); 4. CT scan shows pedicle injury of the injured vertebrae; 5. Combined with malignant tumors and metabolic bone diseases; 6. Symptoms and signs are inconsistent with imaging examinations; 7. Those who have vertebral fractures in other parts during the follow-up period.
