Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Pregnant Women: 1. Age between 18 - 45 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. No pregnancy complications, such as ectopic pregnancy, placenta previa, placental abruption, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, acute fatty liver disease during pregnancy, etc.; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Non-pregnant healthy women: 1. Age between 18 - 45 years; 2. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy Pregnant Women: 1. High blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, etc.; 2. Autoimmune diseases: such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis, etc 3. Malignant tumors: such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, etc 4. History of severe infection, severe burns, major surgery, etc. within three months before the start of the study; Severe infection: Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score increases by >=2 points from baseline level, diagnosed as purulent meningitis; bronchopneumonia; infective endocarditis; septic shock, etc.; Severe burns: total basic surface area (TBSA) >=30%, or third-degree burns >=10%, or less than 30% of the total area, but the whole body is severe or has shock, compound injuries, or moderate to severe inhalation injuries; Surgery: Performed difficult surgery with high risk of grade 3 or 4, involving important organs (such as heart, liver, brain, large blood vessels); organ transplantation, etc.; 5. Smoking, drinking alcohol the day before blood collection; 6. Are using antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs such as aspirin, heparin, warfarin, direct oral anticoagulants, etc.; 7. Heart diseases such as heart failure and arrhythmia; Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 8. History of coagulation disorders, previously diagnosed with hereditary or acquired coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, thrombocytopenia, etc.; 9. Current pregnancy is IVF/embryo transfer; 10. Diagnosis of preeclampsia in the course of pregnancy. Non-pregnant healthy women: 1. High blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, etc.; 2.
