Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I: (1) 18-60 years old, unlimited gender; (2) No diagnosis of stroke was made by a specialized neurologist, and no clinical symptoms indicative of stroke were detected; (3) right-handed. Part ?: (1) 18-60 years old, unlimited gender; (2) No diagnosis of stroke was made by a specialized neurologist, and no clinical symptoms indicative of stroke were detected; (3) right-handed. Part ?: (1) Ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke diagnosed by CT/MRI; (2) 30-70 years old, unlimited gender; (3) Primary education level or above; (4) First onset, course of disease between 2 weeks and 1 year, unilateral hemiplegia; (5) No obvious cognitive impairment, mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) : primary education level: >20; Middle education level: >24; (6) Unilateral upper extremity motor dysfunction, the upper extremity of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale (FMA) : 0-65; (7) right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I: (1) There are contraindications, such as pacemaker, cardiac stent, claustrophobia, etc.; (2) There are contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as cochlear implantation, history of epilepsy, metal implantation in vivo; (3) Participated in or is participating in other clinical projects one month before enrollment; (4) Pregnant or lactating women. Part ?: (1) There are contraindications, such as pacemaker, cardiac stent, claustrophobia, etc.; (2) There are contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as cochlear implantation, history of epilepsy, metal implantation in vivo; (3) Participated in or is participating in other clinical projects one month before enrollment; (4) Pregnant or lactating women. Part ?: (1) Unstable vital signs in the acute phase; (2) Aphasia, hearing impairment and other people who are unable to communicate with others; (3) Severe bone, joint and muscle diseases; (4) Patients with serious organ diseases and mental disorders; (5) There are contraindications, such as pacemaker, cardiac stent, claustrophobia, etc.; (6) There are contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as cochlear implantation, history of epilepsy, metal implantation in vivo; (7) Participated in or is participating in other clinical projects one month before enrollment; (8) Pregnant or lactating women.
