Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients undergoing knee joint replacement surgery 2: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification = grade III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with preoperative central nervous system lesions or those with mental disorders who were unable to cooperate with the questionnaire survey; 2: Patients with preoperative central nervous system lesions or mental disorders who were unable to cooperate with the questionnaire survey had organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney problems, and were unable to tolerate surgical anesthesia.
