Sugammadex-4 Group:Sugammadex 4 mg/kg was administered at the end of surgery.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI): 18.5 - 30 kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I or II; 5. Without comorbid cardiovascular diseases, hepatic or renal failure, and able to communicate effectively; 6. Provided informed consent signed by both the patient and their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing neuromuscular disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis); 2. Patients with abnormal preoperative coagulation parameters or those currently on anticoagulant medication; 3. Patients with hematologic diseases or distant metastasis of malignant tumors; 4.Patients with a known allergy to any anesthetic drug required for the study or any contraindication to their use; 5.Patients who declined to participate in the study.
