Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Single segment stage IIIa or IIIb K ü mmell disease, IIIa patients have no obvious preoperative nerve compression symptoms, posterior vertebral wall collapse with central protrusion into the spinal canal, and no vertebral endplate fragmentation; Patients with type IIIb have more obvious preoperative nerve compression symptoms compared to those with type IIIa, and the rest are the same as those with type IIIa; 2 Age>60 years old; 3 Accompanied by severe osteoporosis (bone density T value<-2.5 SD).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Combination of severe internal medicine diseases that cannot tolerate surgery; 2 Multi segmental compression fracture; 3 History of other spinal surgeries in the past; 4 Spinal infections, spinal tumors, etc. can lead to vertebral fractures or vertebral mass lesions; 5 Abnormal coagulation function.
