Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients >=80 years of age who underwent hip surgery (femoral neck fracture/intertrochanteric fracture/total hip replacement) between January 1, 2020 and July 17, 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological fractures; polytrauma; Preoperative motor dysfunction (mRS>=4); 20% of the key data of medical records are missing>; Change of anesthesia method during surgery.
