Active taVNS:Once daily, 1 hour per session, for 4 consecutive weeks, transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation applied to the left auricular cavity.
Sham taVNS:Once daily, 1 hour per session, for 4 consecutive weeks, transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation applied to the left earlobe.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with substance use disorder who are dependent on crude heroin or heroin. 2.Aged between 18 and 50 years. 3.Education level of junior high school or above. 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with a history of using other addictive psychoactive substances (e.g., methamphetamine, Magu, etc.). 2.Individuals with facial or ear pain, or recent ear injuries. 3.Individuals with metal implants in the body (including cardiac pacemakers). 4.Individuals with a personal or family history of epilepsy. 5.Individuals with severe cardiovascular disease or other major medical conditions that may affect the safety of the experiment.
