Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Meet the diagnostic criteria according to the Chinese Clinical Management Guidelines for Cerebrovascular Diseases, and confirmed as stroke by cranial CT or MRI; 2 Age: 18–59 years (based on the World Health Organization’s age classification standards); 3 Past the acute phase, with stable condition and clear consciousness after treatment; 4 Hospital stay >= 7 days; 5 Able to communicate normally; 6 Patients and their family members can use smartphones; 7 Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of cognitive impairment, mental disorders, etc.; 2 Severe swallowing dysfunction with inability to consume food orally; 3 Severe diseases of major organs or systems, such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 4 Hospital stay < 7 days or death during the study.
