Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Requirements for diagnosing underlying diseases: Must meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for Basic Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in China (2024)": (1) FEV1/FVC after bronchodilator is less than 0.7; (2) Persistent cough, expectoration or breathing difficulty symptoms; (3) Smoking history (>= 10 pack-years) or long-term exposure to harmful gases; (4) COPD clinical stage is GOLD 2-4 (moderate to severe). 2. Criteria for lower urinary tract symptoms: (1) International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) >= 8 points; (2) Persistent presence of at least one of the following symptoms for >= 3 months: (3) Storage phase symptoms: frequent urination (>= 8 times per day), urgency, nocturia (>= 2 times per night); (4) Urination phase symptoms: weak urine flow, hesitation in urination, intermittent urination; (5) Post-urination symptoms: incomplete urination sensation. 3. Requirements for imaging and urodynamic examinations: (1) Ultrasound shows residual urine volume in the bladder (PVR) >= 50 ml; (2) Urinary flow rate measurement Qmax = 150 ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a clear history of neurological disorders, mental disorders, and diabetes patients. 2. Patients diagnosed with neurogenic bladder. 3. Patients with a history of urethral stricture or urethral injury. 4. Patients with spinal cord injury, pelvic nerve injury, pelvic surgery history, radiotherapy history. 5. Patients with prostate cancer, bladder tumor, pelvic space-occupying lesion, ascites in abdominal cavity, and other conditions that affect the detrusor muscle pressure.
