Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Chinese version of the AQ scale uses 28 points as the cutoff score, and individuals scoring above 28 are classified as having high autistic traits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are minors or not part of the college student population Individuals who did not provide informed consent or were unwilling to participate in the study Individuals who completed the questionnaire carelessly Individuals with physical or health conditions that make them unsuitable for exercise intervention Individuals without high autistic traits
