Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years old; 2. Elective major abdominal surgery, the estimated operation time is >=2h; 3. ASAI.-III. 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, or Parkinson's disease; 2. Severe dementia, language impairment, or terminal disease that cannot complete the preoperative evaluation; 3. The score of the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) before surgery is too low (illiteracy score <=17 points, total score of primary school level <=20, total score of secondary school or above <=22); 4. Those who have a positive Allen test, infection at the arterial puncture site, hypercoagulability, etc., cannot undergo arterial puncture; 5. Other situations that the investigator believes are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
