60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-75 years old, gender unrestricted, both male and female are eligible; 2. Diagnosed by a professional spinal surgeon with lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative or developmental lumbar spondylolisthesis or degenerative disc disease; 3. Have experienced low back pain and/or sciatica for more than 12 months, and conservative treatment has not improved the condition; 4. Patients who are undergoing lumbar fusion surgery with or without decompression for the first time; 5. Patients who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous spinal fusion surgery; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary or musculoskeletal diseases, fractures, tumors, severe mental disorders or neuromuscular diseases; 3. Presence of postoperative direct complications that may hinder participation in postoperative rehabilitation (such as infection).
