Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=8 years old, <=80 years old. 2. Patients who underwent elective minimally invasive cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with emergency surgery. 2. Previous thoracotomy heart surgery. 3. Preoperative diagnosis of lung infection. 4. Severe pulmonary dysfunction and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) before surgery. 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency before surgery. 6. Received mechanical ventilation within 2 months before surgery. 7. Preoperative pulmonary function indicators meet one or more of the following: I) FEV1 (forced expiratory volume in the first second) 50 mmHg 8. Acute heart failure within 2 months before surgery. 9. Participated in other similar trials in the past 3 months.
