Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ??Inclusion Criteria (All Must Be Met)??: 1. The baseline data for screening showed that fasting triglyceride (TG) was >= 5.6 mmol/L; 2. If SHTG patients had follow-up TG laboratory results for two consecutive times (including the baseline period) on the index date, they would be included in the analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (Any of the Following)??: 1. There are other definite types of AP causes, such as biliary, traumatic, drug-related, and abdominal surgical operations, etc. 2.There are definite or suspected infections in other parts. 3. There has been an acute attack of acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis before the search date. 4. Those without follow-up data or with severely lacking clinical information.
