Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study selected lung protective ventilation patients (FiO2 40%+VT 6 ml/kg IBW+individualized optimal PEEP)who underwent open abdominal surgery under general anesthesia at Subei People's Hospital from August 2025 to June 2026, regardless of gender, age >18 years old, BMI 18-30 kg/m ^ 2, ASA grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mechanical ventilation with Vt>6ml/kg, PEEP>10cmH2O, combined with severe arrhythmia, congenital heart disease, valve disease, or unexplained cardiac dysfunction, bilateral carotid plaques or severe stenosis, severe cerebrovascular disease, severe respiratory system disease, hemodynamic instability, and restricted thoracic movement. Use of vasoactive drugs during the measurement process.
