Thoracoscopic surgery

Interventions

TPVB group:Prior to surgical incision, ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral block was performed using ropivacaine injection.
ICNB group:Prior to surgery, ultrasound-guided intercostal nerve block was performed using ropivacaine injection.

1 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Legal guardians signed informed consent; 2 Aged 1-7 years; 3 ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I-II; 4 Anticipated surgical duration <2 hours; 5 Undergoing thoracic or pulmonary surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Anticipated blood loss exceeding 10% of total blood volume 2 Contraindications to thoracic nerve blocks 3 History of respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery 4 Patients with difficult airway 5 Psychiatric disorders or intellectual developmental abnormalities 6 Allergy to anesthetic agents (including dexmedetomidine, sufentanil, ropivacaine, etc.)
