Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 It meets the gold standard for the diagnosis of COPD , which is that after inhaling bronchodilators, FEV1/FVC is less than 0.7; 2 Age over 18 years old; 3 Those who can not undergo pulmonary function tests, but have been clinically diagnosed with COPD; 4 Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 There are contraindications for pulmonary function testing: history of surgery, history of cardiovascular diseases, and history of severe diseases; 2 Suffering from respiratory diseases such as asthma, bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, etc. 3 Those who are unable to complete the survey questionnaire.
