Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses: staff in the department, working years >=1 year; Consent to participate in this study. 2. Patients: age>=18 years old; The authorized person agrees to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses: those who are absent from work due to sick leave, maternity leave, study abroad, etc. 2. Patients: refuse to cooperate with the patient midway; The intervention time is < 3 days due to discharge, transfer, death, etc.
