Observational group:Patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) who underwent radical nephrectomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed renal cell carcinoma (RCC) specimens reviewed and diagnosed by two independent pathologists; 2.Patients who have undergone radical nephrectomy at Tongji Hospital after completing physical examination, imaging studies, and preoperative assessment; 3.Provision of written informed consent by the patient; 4.Age between 18 and 80 years, regardless of sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent diagnosis of other primary organ malignancies at the time of RCC diagnosis; 2.Pathological samples diagnosed as non-renal cell carcinoma by two different pathologists.
