18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years, BMI >= 40 kg/m^2 or BMI >=35 kg/m^2 with comorbid metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) Scheduled to undergo general anesthesia for bariatric surgery (procedure duration >= 1 hour) ASA physical status classification I-III Absence of severe cognitive impairment (capable of cooperating with CAM-ICU assessment)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperatively diagnosed OSA requiring CPAP therapy Severe cardiopulmonary diseases (COPD, pulmonary hypertension) Emergency surgery or refusal to participate in the study
