Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes, gestational overt diabetes, diabetes mellitus combined with pregnancy, and thyroid disease in pregnancy at the time of selection; or/and female patients who are trying to conceive; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Good follow-up compliance, with >=5 years of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug addicts or drug abuse; 2. Sexually transmitted diseases such as viral hepatitis, AIDS and syphilis, as well as infectious diseases such as tuberculosis are in the active stage; 3. Any situation that affects enrollment as judged by the investigator.
