Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=12 years 2.Meeting diagnostic criteria for immune-mediated peripheral neuropathies (IMPN), including but not limited to: Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP),Multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN),Anti-MAG antibody-associated peripheral neuropathy 3.Patients scheduled to undergo double filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) treatment 4.Signed informed consent (for prospective study components)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction 2.Active infection or bleeding tendency 3.Pregnancy or lactation 4.Allergy to medications used in DFPP therapy 5.Inability to comply with follow-up requirements
