Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. The onset time <= 72 hours; 3. NIHSS score <= 15; 4. The clinical diagnosis was acute cerebral infarction, and the diagnostic criteria were referred to the ' Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The onset time is not clear; 2. Have a history of thyroid disease, malignant tumor, blood disease, severe heart, liver and kidney disease.
