Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Simple obese patients with a body mass index (BMI) >= 28kg/m^2; 2.Normal controls with BMI>18.5 and<24.0 kg/m^2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary obesity caused by hypothyroidism, pancreatic disease, pituitary disease, adrenal hyperfunction, and Cushing's syndrome; 2.Severe liver and kidney function damage; 3.Patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, heart failure, hematopoietic system diseases, etc; 4.Patients with other chronic diseases requiring medication treatment; 5.Pregnant women; 6.Patients with other chronic diseases requiring treatment;
