Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: EPI with gestational age less than 28 weeks; Admitted within 24 hours after birth; Family members signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital digestive system malformations (such as congenital intestinal atresia, etc.); Severe infectious diseases (such as sepsis, meningitis, etc.); Severe genetic metabolic diseases.
