Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 0-14 years old; The patient has been admitted to the ICU for at least 24 hours; The child's guardian has informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If the ICU team determined that reliable assessment for delirium was not possible (because of acute brain injury, audiovisual disorders, language problems, mental disability, aphasia, or sustained coma during complete ICU stay, defined as a Richmond Agitation Sedation Score [RASS] of 23 or lower);Children who continue to use antipsychotic drugs and are diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or intellectual disabilities;Pediatric patients in neurology or neurosurgery;Visual or auditory impairments.
