Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age greater than 60 years; meets diagnostic criteria for ACS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of old myocardial infarction, history of coronary artery bypass grafting, history of coronary intervention, and combination of other organic heart diseases such as heart valve disease, rheumatic heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and other organic heart diseases; (2) combination of malignant cardiac arrhythmia, severe cardiorespiratory insufficiency, hepatic and renal insufficiency, rheumatic and immune diseases, and oncological and hematological disorders; and (3) incomplete clinical data.
