18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes, aged 18~75 years; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed severe NPDR and PDR; 3. Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) between 20/40 and 20/320; 4. Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) <=10%;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous panretinal photocoagulation therapy; 2. Vitreous hemorrhage seriously affects fundus examination; 3. Retinal detachment; 4. Anti-VEGF therapy in the past 3 months; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Pregnant or lactating women;
