Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children who meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight/obesity in the Gastroenterology Clinic, Endocrinology Clinic and Child Health Clinic of Shenzhen Children's Hospital. Diagnostic criteria for overweight/obese children: According to the ‘Classification criteria for overweight/obesity screening of school-age children and adolescents in China’ determined by the Chinese Obesity Working Group in 2004, (BMI)=Weight (Kg)/(Height)(m)^2, and BMI in the 85th-95th percentile of the same age and sex is determined to be overweight, and BMI over the 95th percentile of the normal healthy children of the same age and sex is determined to be obesity. BMI exceeding the 95th percentile of normal healthy children of the same age and sex was classified as obese. 2.Outpatients aged 6-18 years whose guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form. 3.Pre-existing good health without cardiovascular, respiratory or other systemic diseases or underlying diseases such as genetic or infectious diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a specific disease known to cause obesity, including but not limited to genetic disorders (e.g. Prader-Willi syndrome, Bardet-Biedl syndrome, Alström syndrome, etc.); endocrine disorders (e.g. Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypothalamic obesity, growth hormone deficiency, etc.); central nervous system disorders (e.g. tumours of the hypothalamus or pituitary gland, (e.g. hypothalamic or pituitary tumours, trauma, etc.); secondary obesity caused by specific drugs (e.g. long-term use of glucocorticoids, certain antipsychotics, etc.). 2.Other specific liver diseases known to cause hepatic steatosis or liver injury, including but not limited to: alcoholic fatty liver disease (based on a history of alcohol consumption); chronic viral hepatitis B or C (HBsAg-positive or anti-HCV-positive with HCV RNA-positive); autoimmune hepatitis; and metabolic liver diseases (e.g., Wilson's disease, a1-antitrypsin deficiency, gluconeogenesis deficiency, etc.); Pharmacological liver injury (with a clear history of relevant medications and a strong temporal association);
