Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.On duty and registered nurses; 2.Obtain the title of nurse or above; 3 to 10 years of clinical work experience; 3.Informed consent to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.have participated in systematic research ability training in the past 2 years; 2.Participated in AI related training; 3.Those who are unable to participate in training activities such as studying abroad, continuing education, and maternity leave;
