Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. persistent anterior or peripheral diplopia; 2. Imaging confirmed that the extraocular muscle was significantly displaced, incarcerated, or positive in the traction test; 3. The affected eye is healthy, and the eye is inverted >= 2mm;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe ocular structural damage, such as eyeball rupture, lens dislocation, retinal detachment; 2. Thyroid-related eye disease and visual tract changes before this trauma; 3. compound orbital fracture with orbital margin fracture; 4. Combined with serious diseases such as head trauma, unstable state of consciousness, unable to cooperate with subjective examination items such as double vision analysis.
