Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with subacute stroke (cerebral infarction) with initial onset, confirmed by cranial MRI imaging; The onset time was 1 week to 1 month after stroke, and the lesion area was within the range of unilateral middle cerebral artery. 2. Patient age 30~85 years old; 3. Consciousness can complete all examinations and treatments, and can provide written informed consent; 4. Presence of severe hemiplegia, baseline FMA score < 50 points out of 100.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of seizures; 2. Serious injuries or other serious diseases throughout the body; 3. Severe aphasia or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the completion of this study; 4. Presence of any contraindication to transcranial magnetic stimulation (e.g., intracerebral metal implants or pacemakers); 5. Use of benzodiazepines or antidepressants; 6. Use muscle relaxants, such as baclofen or tizanidine, or Botox injections.
