Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult inpatients aged 18 years or older; 2. Undergoing elective gynecological surgery; 3. Fully conscious and capable of normal communication; 4. With complete clinical data available; 5. Informed of the study content and providing voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative core temperature of =37.5 degrees Celsius; 2. Use of medications that influence body temperature prior to surgery; 3. Intraoperative modifications to surgical procedures; 4. Emergency hand surgery or reoperation within 24 hours post-surgery; 5. Pregnant patients. 6. In case of any serious emergencies during the operation, such as difficult airway, subcutaneous emphysema, excessive bleeding, malignant hyperthermia, etc. 7.Those who request to withdraw during the operation; 8. Instrument failures during the operation, such as malfunction of ear thermometers, malfunction of heaters, etc. 9.Those who must stop using the conventional warming measures or add warming facilities due to abnormally high (=38.0°C) or low (=34.0°C) body temperature of the patient during the operation;
