Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First coronary angiography; 2. With complete clinical information; 3. No hereditary family history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe hepatic insufficiency or chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4~5 [glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <30 mL/min, where significant abnormalities in hepatic function are defined as AST, ALT 3 times or more of the upper limit of the normal value, and total bilirubin level greater than or equal to 2 times of the upper limit of the normal value; 2. Accompanied by critical illnesses such as American New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart failure degree NYHA classification III~IV, cardiogenic shock or respiratory failure; 3. Concomitant hyperthyroidism, active serious infections, malignant tumors, immune system disorders, or hematologic disorders; 4. Cognitive or psychiatric disorders; 5. Hypersensitivity to iodine contrast medium used for coronary angiography.
