12 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 12–35 years, regardless of gender; 2. Diagnosed with Angle Class I malocclusion and meeting orthodontic treatment indications; 3. No systemic disease or bone metabolism disorder; 4. No previous history of orthodontic treatment; 5. Ability to attend scheduled follow-ups and complete treatment; 6. Written informed consent obtained (with guardian consent for minors).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Presence of active periodontal disease or severe oral infection; 3. History of cleft lip/palate or requiring oral and maxillofacial surgery; 4. Severe psychological or psychiatric disorders preventing cooperation with treatment and follow-up; 5. Any other condition deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the investigators.
