Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for mothers: 1.Gestational age: : 29 to 40 weeks of gestation 2.Pregnancy History: a high-risk pregnancy history, such as gestational hypertension, diabetes, premature rupture of membranes and other symptoms. 3.Other risk factors: multiple pregnancy, Intrauterine growth restriction, mother having gestational diabetes or high blood pressure. ? 4.Edinburgh postnatal depression scale -EPDS-RRB-PDS) assessment, with a score of =10 indicating postpartum depression. On a scale of 0 to 8, no symptoms of depression. Clinical inclusion criteria for high-risk infants 5.Full-term infants: birth weight 2500 grams and above. 6.Low birth weight infants: birth weight less than 2500 grams 7.Very low birth weight infants: birth weight less than 1500 grams. ? 8.Perinatal complications: birth asphyxia. Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal infections.
Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria for high-risk infants: 4.Congenital malformations, severe organic diseases, inherited metabolic diseases, psychiatric disorders or psychiatric disorders in the treatment of medication and brain trauma in the mother and infant groups.
