Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary tuberculosis or pulmonary tuberculosis with extra-pulmonary implication; 2.Newly diagonised patients; 3.Have riskly alcohol drinking behavior within one month; 4.>=18 years old and consent agreement obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received any alcohol drinking intervention within 3 months; 2.Patients unable to collaboration.

Smear convertion rate at the end of 2 months and 6 months;Treatment adherance;Alcohol consumption per person,risky alcohol drinking days and quit rate at the end of 6 months;
