60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) General anesthesia surgery, age 60–80 years, able to communicate normally, ASA physical status classification 1–2, BMI < 28 kg/m². (2) Preoperative oxygen saturation (hereinafter referred to as SpO2) = 95%, no anemia or coagulation disorders. (3) Routine postoperative use of patient-controlled analgesia pump. (4) Informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, pulmonary disease, hyperthyroidism, etc. (2) Patients who cannot assume the lateral recumbent position due to bilateral shoulder joint surgery, bilateral hip joint surgery, cervical or lumbar spine surgery, neurosurgery, or other special reasons.
